How Is Engraving Charged?
Engraving services customize your award(s) with a unique and personalized message for that special presentation. As engraving prices are predicated on the message and image you want to convey, let our knowledgeable staff work with you to present your awards in the most pleasing and cost-efficient manner. Just about any award or product can be personalized with whatever wording, names or logo suits your needs. Our customer service department will get in touch with you with costs and should they be required, suggested changes before going into production.
Are Logos Included?
We require camera-ready artwork for any of these processes. Set-up fees are charged and your logo/artwork is kept on file for your convenience. When you have selected your trophies/awards, our graphics department will prepare your logo/artwork in the most efficient and eye-pleasing manner enhancing your message for that special presentation. Once you have selected your trophies/awards, we will advise you on what format is required.
What Will The Engraving/graphics Look Like?
In order to properly space and emphasize the message, basic engraving, with no artwork or logo, will be completed in a format or font particularly suited for the award(s) you have selected. Before production commences, engraving with artwork or logos will be sent by email to you for proof-reading if requested. As a new or most valued repeat customer, communication with you is most important to ensure your award presentations are the highlight of your event. Our almost 50 years of business expertise in the awards industry guarantees that Hoult-Hellewell Trophies and Awards will provide you with quality products and service, communicate your message professionally and meet all deadlines.
Engraving requirements should be sent as a Word document in order to avoid incorrect spelling – particularly when ordering multiple awards with name changes for each award.
